My new year supplement

Been a while since I did an update on activities. I’ll keep it brief…

  • Wed 21 Dec: 13 miles round commute on the bicycle. Half hour gym. Tight Peronius longus – skipped running club.
  • Thurs 22 Dec: 13 miles round commute.
  • Frid 23 Dec: 13 miles round commute. Half hour gym session.
  • Saturday 24 Dec: 12k road run in hellish bad weather.
  • Wed 28 Dec: 13 miles round commute on the bicycle. Skipped running club again.
  • Thurs 29 Dec: 13 miles round commute.
  • Friday 30 Dec: 13 miles round commute.
  • Saturday 31 December: 20 miles hill cycle in fairly rough weather.
  • Wed 4 Jan: 13 miles round commute. Skipped running club – no car to get there.
  • Thurs 5 Jan: 13 miles round commute. Half hour gym weights circuit.
  • Friday 6 Jan: 13 miles round commute.
  • Sunday 8 Jan: 16 miles road cycle.
  • Monday 9 Jan: 13 miles round commute. Half hour gym with some Turkish Get-Ups. They should really call them Turkish Lie-Downs!
