Monday supplement

What with all the recent postings, I forgot to do a weekly Sunday supplement. Here’s the last week or so of activity

  • Monday: 6.5 miles bike, then 16 lengths all front crawl. 6.5 miles cycle home after work.
  • Tuesday: 6.5 miles bike, then 16 lengths all front crawl. 6.5 miles cycle home after work.
  • Wednesday: 13 miles bike
  • Thursday: 6.5 miles bike, then 25 minutes core, cardio and weights circuit. 6.5 miles cycle home after work.
  • Friday: 6.5 miles bike, then 35 minutes core, cardio and weights circuit. 6.5 miles cycle home after work.
  • Weekend: resting my sore core muscles. First real core work since my operation & it showed.
  • Monday (today): 6.5 miles bike, then 40 minutes core, cardio and weights circuit. 6.5 miles cycle home after work. Had intended to run tonight for first time since trail marathon, but I didn’t get back from work till 7.30pm, so sank in the bath instead. Maybe tomorrow night!
