The week’s not been too bad, but I haven’t completed my weekly training plan. I’m counting the week as Monday-Sunday, so last Sunday’s 25 mile cycle doesn’t count. I still have today and tomorrow though to pick up the slack.
- Cycle to work (and back) x 3. Done! Reckon its 36 miles total.
- One run to work on the cycle track (6 miles). Done!
- Bootcamp class on Thursday. Fail (I’ve picked up a cold).
- One medium trail run. Happening soon & it may become my long run, if my nostrils clear of gunk.
- One swim. With my cold, it’s doubtful. Don’t want to share my germs with 40 other pool users.
- Third run. That’s what Sunday’s are for, right?
